Yes, i'll have the coffee pot and coffee, I'll see if i can convince the little lady to make some banana bread or something.

Dave is coming right? I think he was going to bring some rope for the big circle shoot (clout), i'm sure he has some other games.

Hi Everyone,
I'm looking foward to another great get together. Are we doing the trade blanket stuff? I will have some targets and cans again this year. Also I will do happy hour and dinner Fri night. Also I will try to line up some other games. What does everyone think about the poker game I have explained below?

I have that poker game to play. So if everyone wants to bring some one dollar bills we can set up that poker board. The way that works is there will be a jar and a sheet of paper on the table. A dollar in the jar, write your name down and you shoot five arrows at the board with a hole deck of cards on it, then go and pull your arrows and write down your poker hand. You won't be able to inspect the board prior to shooting and we will shoot at 30 yards out of clear eye sight of the cards. After an hour or whatever the set time is, the one with best poker hand wins the jar.

just finished wrapping up babysitting details.  Gage and I will be there for the duration.  Chalk me up for one of the breakfast/brunch meals.  I'll whip up some breakfast burritos, traditional Irish family recipe.

Woodtick - I like the poker game - maybe we could try it one day your way and one day with having it close enough to see the cards and you get to shoot for your hand.  I realize I eliminate myself that way but it still sounds fun.

I think Gage and I will be working on some arrows that weekend and Gage needs to make a knife sheath.  Chad - you got any leather Gage could buy off you?

I'll play the poker game. I'll lose but I'll still play. Woodtick, I want to buy one of your BIG targets if you got one. I have an idea for better night shooting targets. If I get em done, I'm gonna call them "RADIOACTIVE RABBITS". The will be totally harmless to our health. DON'T WORRY!!!       Smiley

we'll plan on the trading blanket.

For everyone who is attending, bring anything that you want to get rid of, or you think that might have trade value...throw it on a blanket and let the bartering begin.

How about that big old lathe I got from Dave a few years back.   Just don't have the room to use it.   If anyone is interested let me know and I'll bring it up, otherwise I'll leave it behind.  It's free to the first bidder.

Mike, I'll have a Shillelagh blank for you, but i don't have another cigar box (I don't think). I got mine at a local tobacco shop for a buck a piece, stop by one on your way home from work and see what they have. The CBG I made was from a Cohiba box and seems like a good size and shape.

I'll see if I can pick up a couple Cigar boxes from the store up the road from me. Only problem is I get the craving for a cigar when I go into that place!!!
