This is a really fun shoot if any one can make it. I will have to check my schedule to see if I have the day open.

I received a note in the mail yesterday about it.

Tod let me know if you can go.  Maybe we could ride together. I have room for a couple extra in my rig.

Chad
Normally we have around 30 to 40 shooters, sometimes less. I sent out 80 invites. Most guys shoot through twice. Max distance is 20 yrds. Some moving targets too.

Your welcome to bring a few bows for guys to look at if you wish. Hope some of you guys can make it. Should be fun.

Scooter, I got the OK to go. I am getting something fixed on my truck tomorrow so I should be able to drive. Did you have anyone else that wanted to go? I will be bringing my son.

Tod,  $545.00 later and my truck is just like new/used!

I might have one guy going with me but there would still be room for you and your son.  I have a crew cab so plenty of room.

Cool, I will give you a call tonight. The noise in my truck went away. That means you just forget about it right?

I agree.  Every shoot of theirs that I have attended has been very much fun. I'm sure alot of work goes into setting up all those moving targets.  I really missed the ping pong ball shoot though, hopefully it will make a comeback next year!

This was the first time I got to meet Chad and see his bows inperson.  Looks to me like he builds a very nice bow.  His Osprey shot very well.   Good work Chad and nice to meet you

I'd like to thank all the guys that made it to the shoot. It's because of you that this was the most successful Trad shoot we've had. It was alot of fun and I think everyone had a good time.  We'll try to have that ping pong ball shoot working for next year.

Chad, it was good to have you and your boy there. I'll bet he talked all the way home about hitting the flying squirrel . We had a blast watching him shoot, whether it was with his bow or his six shooter.

I got to shoot your recurves but not the longbow. Maybe next year. Nice bows!!

Thanks again and we'll try to put on another good one next year. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve let me know.

Jacob wore the medal he got to Sunday School on Sunday and to Kindergarten today.  He loves it.  On the way home he talked alot about hitting the flying squirrel.  He said something to the affect, "Dad I think the reason I got a medal and you didn't was because I broke more balloons."

It was a nice day for me to get out of the shop and spend with my boy.  Thanks for a great time.  Chad
